This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. If you send us an enquiry, we use it to reply to you and to plan your project. Nothing else.

Who we are
This website belongs to ArtMachine Studios OPC Private Limited (ArtMachine Studios), based in Noida, India. We decide how the information described here is used.
Questions, requests or complaints about your data go to info@artmachinestudios.com, or call +91 76784 99553. We answer them ourselves.
What we collect

You give us enquiry details yourself, for a purpose you can see: getting a reply. If you’d rather we didn’t use them, tell us and we’ll stop.
What we don’t do
- No cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels.
- Our fonts come from our own server, so loading a page tells no one else you visited.
- We never sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
- We won’t add you to a mailing list. If we ever start one, we’ll ask first.
Where your enquiry goes
An enquiry passes through a small number of trusted service providers we use to run the studio. Each gets only what it needs, and each is bound by its own security and confidentiality terms:
- our website host, which receives the form securely;
- our internal systems for managing enquiries and projects;
- our email service, which sends you the confirmation email;
- our team’s messaging, which tells us a new enquiry has arrived.
Some of these providers store data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for up to two years after our last conversation, so we can pick up where we left off. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and who we’ve shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop using it, if you withdraw your consent;
- let someone you nominate act for you if you can’t.
Write to info@artmachinestudios.com and we’ll handle it. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Storage in your browser
The site sets no cookies. It keeps two small notes in your browser’s session storage, which clears when you close the tab and is never sent to us:
- that the opening animation has played, so it shows only once per visit;
- where the custom cursor was, so it doesn’t jump when you open another page.
Videos from YouTube or Vimeo
Some projects include a film hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. It shows as a still image until you press play; only then does the video load from that service, and its own privacy policy applies. For YouTube we use its privacy-enhanced mode.
Children, and changes to this notice
This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Anything that needs your consent, we’ll ask for first.
